Order Cancellations
I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my products I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order or questions at dani@recoverie.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the package has been damaged please share a photo of what you received.
